So yeah, that LV Solar (the entry I totally was not ready to write quite yet). The solar is here. It's a hot new bag from LV and it's more of a purse than a handbag, which is A-okay but this handbag nut. I like having a purse when I go out for dinner with the family, church or just when it's not a day to go to work for me (wonders when that was last - I'll tell you when TODAY!! I'm totally relaxing in this 29 degree heat!).
The Solar is essentially the purse version of the Mahina. It's a sexy smaller bag made with the same perforated mahina leather. It's totally shoulder friendly and it's a DURABLE, GOOD QUALITY replica. Mahinas have been incredibly well replicated and since the Mahina is by far the biggest seller on my website (yes, even more than a Speedy 30), with ZILCH, ZERO, count 'em, that's NOT ONE complaint about the bag.
I think in a good week, I move about 190+ Mahina bags. That's a lot of Mahinas that I never ever see again (as in they are never returned). I do however have some great comments about them. Very satisfied customers.

Great detailing on the hardware (will have hardware pics soon) where the LV is inscribed right into the hardware all over the buckle and its casing.
This will be a purse that you keep for years and years. And it will last that long easily.
I think the hottest colours for this purse are the Taupe and the very rich Maroon.
While this is not a purse that you would carry everything you own in, it is a VERY generous sized bag and is super duper versatile, meaning this baby will go from the boardroom, to dinner, to a bar and right out dancing!
This purse goes amazingly well with a business suit and lightens up a sometimes "uptight" look. The same purse will make your favourite jeans and heels look complete.
