So I was called into a deal to attend a series of meetings in New York as a specialist on some issues. I was basically there to close a deal between two companies and the hope was to finish all that work on Monday! It's now Wednesday and I'm at JFK just about to fly home now. Ask me how little I have slept in the past 3 days and then ask me how freakin' tired I am. My poor husband has had to man the ship at home and I'm sure he's tied up in a closet somewhere in the house right now as the hellions, known as my kids, are terrorizing the neighbourhood.
Actually, my husband is pretty good however I still would not be surprised to have to get him of some hiding place!
Having said that, I am on top of orders. All orders were placed the Easter weekend and all orders are out in the mail. There are two packages that Canada Post is hanging onto right now and they will (hopefully) release in a couple of days.
I am going to post a couple of entries tonight with some great new bags, however, I have to take this time to let everyone know that there is, YET AGAIN, another change to the order policy. It is NO LONGER going to be done bi-monthly, but rather weekly and more specifically every Monday.
While the bi-monthly ordering was great for me, I am finding that is way more time than I personally need and I don't want people having to wait if I can place the orders sooner.
This is good news to all and I'm sure will make some of you a lot happier. I am NOT REGRETTING one bit changing things to from a bi-monthly to a weekly ordering system. I think I would (and you would) regret it a lot more if I had gone from a weekly ordering to changing it to a bi-monthly.
I am glad I got to play around with the timing of orders and being able to help people with their questions and needs.
So just to reiterate: Ordering will be done WEEKLY from hereon in. Orders will be placed every Monday. That means if you order on a Friday, your order will go in on the very next Monday (which is what would happen normally anyway). If however you place your order on a Tuesday, your order will get bunched in with all the orders for the following Monday.
