New Chloe Marcie Colours In Stock Now

I absolutely love this bag.  Yes, another one.  I can't help it.  I cannot take my eyes off this bag.  I am SO WANTING one but I have (either by "older" age or my husband constantly nagging me) gotten to a point where I need to (and kinda sorta want to) practice some self restraint.  I'd love to have more bags than I know what to do with, and TRUST ME I have lived like that, but eventually you run out of room.  And eventually you have so MANY that you totally forget you have them and worse, your nagging husband tells you have you have not used Handbag A in over 10 years (that's a clear sign you have been with a man for too long - when he knows you're not using your shit!!)!!

Having said all that blabber, I love this bag.  That's all I'm saying and I know I will have it soon.  I didn't get it for myself when it first came out because it was in two colours:  black and an awesome chocolate brown.  Two colours that I simply cannot buy any more bags in.  It's even getting boring for me. 

I knew the real bag existed in this awesome cream / camel / khaki desert colour and I knew the replicas would follow soon.  Here's Katie Holmes carrying the same bag.

On a good day, I have zero in common with Katie Holmes (thank God I'm not married to crazy Tom Cruise) but if you Google Katie Holmes and Chloe, you will find at least 30 good pictures, all different, of her carrying this SAME bag.  I know you're going to say she's a celebrity.  She gets paid to carry them. Sure.  I agree with you.  But she doesn't have to carry the same one.  The point I'm really going for is that in those 30 pictures, you will see her dressed to the nines and dressed in sweats and in each picture that bag looks DELICIOUSLY  awesome. 

God, I have to get one soon!  I have seen the Chloe Marcie handbags in real life (both real and replica) and well, if you get a real one in python they are $3,500.  I don't USUALLY recommend the python ones in the replica format.  For the gazillionth time, the replica does not use real python (thank God because I have issues with this as well) and so it will look like a replica to someone who has a good eye for leather and since the real designers all use the REAL exotic skins.

I personally have no problem with it.  To me this fake python skin looks very good for a replica bag.  The obvious unevenness that you see sometimes or the plastic-y look does not exist in this bag.  I saw it in the dark brown and, like I said USUALLY I don't recommend the exotic skins, I saw nothing wrong with the python Marcie.  In fact, it had the same texture as real python skin and it had the same strength.  I am in NO WAY advocating that it is real python.  No.  No.  Double No.  I'm just saying for embossed cowhide, it is a pretty good job (as opposed to some other replicas that horrendously miss on the exotic skins).
