LV Disappointment

I'm not sure what Marc Jacobs is doing here but this is kinda disappointing for LV.  Marc did a similar thing a few years back with his own line.  He had little Japanese looking Hello Kitty characters on his handbags.  That line bombed like you would not believe.

Now he's got slippers on handbags. '

I know I'm kinda getting into old fart territory but I don't want a handbag with slippers on it.  I cannot walk into a boardroom, without feeling great shame, carrying this bag.  I'm sorry but I cannot go dancing with the girls lugging this childish looking bag around.  And I could not take the serious mocking my husband would dole out at me for carrying this bag.  He'd instantly call me Grandma.


I know this is only a filler bag.  A filler for the lack of bags that come out in the summer but really?  Would you pay the regular price of $2,300.
