New Website Rules - Please Read If You Plan On Ordering From The Website

I'm back.  My factory rep is not back just yet but will be back in a couple of days.  Actually, I never left.  I just didn't see the need to showcase new bags and talk handbags while every factory I deal with is closed for their 3 week New Year celebrations.

So while the Chinese were bringing in the year of the Tiger, I was ready to shut down this site once the last outstanding orders were shipped.  I need to shut down for several reasons but mainly because a) I have a new job and that alone will keep me busy; b) I'm pregnant and cannot afford more stress in my life at my age and now, my condition!; and lastly, c) this site/business simply takes up too much time - LIKE WAY TOO MUCH TIME.  I stopped taking orders while Chinese New Year celebrations were going on and I left the site running because I didn't want people who had placed an order with me before the factories shut down, to think that, "OMG, that replica lady ripped me off and shut down her site!".  During this time, I got a lot of great feedback about how people did not want the site to shut down.  They were just getting comfortable making purchases, not just replicas, but real purchases online.  The part that I liked most, if I may gloat, is that most of all, you appreciated my honesty.

So it is with the MOST amount of honesty that I can muster that I am going to introduce some changes to the website in order to keep it going.

Now, I know I'm going to come across as bitchy, and that's okay.  Bitchy is fine.  I know how people read things on a blog and take the message they are reading to be the only side a person has.  LOL.  Like this blog and selling handbags and being bitchy are the only things I do.  God, I wish!

Now I know some of you won't like these changes, but remember, and I have to stress this, this is MY site.  No one is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to shop at this site.  There is absolutely no shortage of replica sites on the web.  I'm not trying to sound like an asshole but I'm in no way hurting for business.  And at the end of the day, I could do with less antagonistic, crazy people.

If that sounds bitchy to you, I apologize beforehand.  It's actually supposed to be business like and my own need to be as honest as possible with you.  I'm not out to try to make your purchase difficult, but having said that, I'm not interested in nightmare, stressful and TIME CONSUMING customers either.  I really don't have many but losing the few stressful customers clears up so much time and energy for people who are actually interested in buying a bag and genuinely need help with their purchase.

If you are refused service or refused a handbag from my site, it comes down to how much of a pain in the ass you are being.  I know, that's too much honesty, right?  Well, folks it happens.  I know no one wants to admit they themselves are ever a pain in the ass, but this is the internet and that saying that there are a lot of crazies out there is so incredibly true here.  Apparently most crazies also love replica handbags.  Who'da thunk?

If this really upsets you AND you're really bored and pissed that you got denied a handbag, you can leave bad reviews on any of the many replica rating sites about my site [that I refused to sell you a handbag], my handbags [you know, that handbag you never received] and my service [that replica lady is a ^%%$% bitch, she was so mean to me - yeah, I wonder why?  Maybe you're not the darling Mommy and Daddy keep insisting that you are].  The only thing that your unwarranted bad review does is send more business my way.  And I don't know if you're getting this but I'm trying to decrease business to keep the replica site in balance with the rest of my life.  So your efforts to be "bring me down" and make sure "I pay for not selling you a bag" actually give me more exposure.  See, what happens is that people read your crazy ass rant.  Then they write to me and say, "what's the crazy talking about?" And at that time I tell them calmly and truthfully that I refused to sell you a bag because your crazy ass was getting on my nerves and making me waste valuable time that I could be using by giving someone else assistance with their purchase.  Then the reader of your crazy rant weighs what you wrote [all conjecture since, umm, you didn't even get a bag!], with other good reviews on the sites, and with what I wrote back as a reply and realizes this:  THAT YOU'RE EFFING CRAZY!  So please, it's a handbag. A replica one at that.  Get a grip, put your big girl panties on and start finding another site that will be more than happy to sell your crazy ass a handbag.  Don't make it bigger than that.  It really does make you look bonkers when you flip a noodle over a handbag!  Don't believe me?  Ask your partner. Go ask your husband, your boyfriend or your lesbian lover.  Go ahead.  I dare you.  Tell him/her that your new vendetta is to take down a replica site because the site owner refused to sell you a bag.  See what he / she says.  I'll be waiting for that response.  *whistling and waiting*

Lastly, sure, you may get a small gathering of supporters on the internet (they probably got refused service too.  HA!), but remember, birds of the feather ALWAYS...

Moving right along, I love, love, LOVE handbags and I love meeting/chatting with (most) of you, I simply do not have it in me to continue at the pace that this rather small business sector and website demand.  I have hired another person to oversee the website and handle your day to day questions and deal with any returns and exchanges.

To make orders more systematic and smooth, I have decided that this website will operate on a bi-monthly basis.  This website is DEFINITELY not the place to buy a handbag if you are not able to wait, are in a hurry or just plain impatient.

What does this mean for you and placing orders on the site?

1.  Orders will be placed with the factory twice a month only.  There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.  That means that if you order items on March 3, 2010, your order will be placed with the factory on March 15, 2010, resulting in you receiving the items about 10-15 (more on this time frame below) business days after March 15, 2010.  Alternatively, and as another example, if you place an order on March 16, 2010, your order will go the factory on March 31, 2010.  If you had wanted the bag for the end of March, then I strongly suggest you to go to another replica site.  It's been already stated that there is absolutely no shortage of replica sites.  Please do not ask me to recommend other sites.  I don't know which reseller is dealing with which factory and I can in no way warrant another site's goods.

This also means that under NO circumstance can I take an order that is "RUSH", "must be here by X date", "I needed it yesterday", "I'm going to be in Philly on this day and the order has to get there then too", "you suck, replica lady, because I did not get my order in time for my mom's birthday!".  You're all grown ups (at least you claim to be) and you should do your own pre-planning.  I accept no responsibility because YOU left something to the last minute and now want someone to blame.  Girlfriend, please.

These terms and conditions will be on the website as well. So I don't want the excuses that you did not see this and therefore the rules do not apply to you.  When you place a purchase, and you tick that box that reads, "I understand the terms and conditions of this website", well, folks THESE are those terms and conditions that you are supposed to be understanding!  No worries, I contact each and every single one of you when you make a new purchase and I will notify you at that time what your expected delivery date will be for your purchase.

2.  There are also TWO new return protocols in place.
  • I have to be even MORE honest here than I already have been and say that returns based on colours "being off" from your monitor or that you actually believe the highly photo-shopped pictures on the LV, Chanel, Gucci, [insert designer name here] website or designer's runway shows are actually what the bags look like.   Here is an example of what I am blabbing about:

This is an outtake from an LV shoot with Madonna.  We all know that Madonna, who I love, likes to think she is a virginal, 15 year old with soft, porcelain, wrinkle free skin.   We have all seen recent close ups of Madonna and we all know that is the farthest thing from the truth.  Don't get me wrong, she looks great!  And I am the first one advocating that for a 51 year old woman, she rocks. She does not, however, look ANYTHING like the image in the right hand side picture...and neither does the LV handbag that she is representing.

Please, please, please, and I am beseeching you here, DO NOT order a bag through the website if you think a) Madonna REALLY DOES look like the image on the right hand side picture and b) that the LV [or any other designer replica] that you order will look the same as any photo-shopped, highly decorated image on a designers' website.

I know YOU all know this, but for some reason, when it comes to applying it to replicas, it conveniently escapes some of you, photos these days, ESPECIALLY AD CAMPAIGN PHOTOS, are photo-shopped.  I know, eh?  Shocking!  They have to be.  A company puts millions of dollars in an ad campaign (Madonna don't work cheap!), has a lot riding on selling products and wants you, in turn, to spend thousands of dollars on a freaking handbag.  They better make that bag look ULTRA rich, ULTRA fantastic, ULTRA chic, darling,  for a person to lay down that kind of cash!  Agreed?

The real bags in real life don't look like the bags depicted on the designers' websites.  I don't know any nicer way to write that last sentence.  Therefore, don't expect a replica to look like the glossy pictures on the designers' site.  That's just crazy talk and to some extent extremely unrealistic.

  • No returns, exchanges or discounts will be made for the following:
  1. the dust bag is less than 100% perfect;
  2. the identification cards being less 100% than perfect (or lacks perfect English - yes, I had someone complain about this! LOL!); or
  3. any item(s) not directly related to the handbag itself being less than you expected.
These are EXTRA items thrown in for entertainment purposes only.  They are not charged as part of the cost of the bag.  That's why some of you get the the identification cards, the designer store bags, etc., and some of you don't.

Don't get me wrong, I TOTALLY understand that you want a perfect looking bag and with that is a good looking dust bag, but you cannot make a return if for any reason this does not meet your expectations.  Sorry.  I will do my best to get you a new dust bag, however, if this is a huge deal to you, and you absolutely MUST have a PERFECT dust bag, please do not order a handbag from the website.  99% of the dust bags are just fine, but some are damaged when they leave the factory or get damaged during delivery (they're actually doing their job and protecting the handbag while it's en route to you).

3.  The website will be offering a new service.  If you purchase a handbag and you are naturally one of those worriers (hey, so am I and so don't sweat it), there is a new service where I (or someone from my team) will receive the bag first from the factory.  It will be inspected, and then once it passes inspection, it will be sent out to you.   If it doesn't pass inspection, then we can order another bag for you and take care of all of these nuances prior to you getting the bag.  Of course we will contact you to let you know of a potential.  This service is just like a regular purchase that you make on the site, except instead of you getting it first, it will come to me or my team first for inspection.  Nothing else changes.  I cannot pre-order bags for you, bring the bag in, have you himmy and haw over the purchase, and then finally you decide that you no longer want the bag, leaving me with the handbag!  Are the rest of you starting to see where most of my time was going with this business?

This inspection service itself costs nothing, BUT, you do have to think  about 2 things:
  1. You have to pay the extra shipping fee, which is $25.00 to the US and Canada and $50.00 to MOST other countries (please ask about your country) to have the bag re-shipped from me; and
  2. You have to factor in the extra time it will take for me (or my team) to receive the bag, check it and then get it out to you.  This is where the new 15 BUSINESS days to receive a bag will come in.
Why would I introduce something like this?

It's simple.  It's quality control.  Any business will try a fast one (not this one course!) and so my suppliers would NEVER, EVER dream of sending ME a less than perfect bag.  They know better.  Some of you were already asking me to do this for you, just to be safe and so I thought it was a good service for those of you who needed that extra assurance that you were going to get the best replica possible.

I know this post will  generate about 6,000,000 questions and I'm here to answer all of them.  I only ask that you read this post more than once before you contact me.  Please make sure you have read AND understood the new terms before you contact for further clarification.

If however you write to me to tell me how nasty this post was, or how unfair the new rules are, that I have no right to do this, that or the other, or you want to whine in general because no one in your real life wants to hear it, I will ignore it (my version of ignore :-)).

Let's hope that these simple new measures keep this business going for as long as possible.

Happy Shopping (once again, folks)!!
