Here are the Rules and Regulations in order to get your free wallet:

1. you must make one single purchase that retails a minimum of $260.00USD. 
2. only one wallet per order meaning even if you purchase 3 bags, you only get one wallet.  (If all your bags are $260.00 and more, you can make 3 separate purchases to get 3 wallets.  That is totally fine.)
3. the special offer starts on February 1, 2010.  There is no retroactive deal for this special.  If you purchased a handbag last month, you cannot ask for a wallet now (however, contact me and I can work something out with you for your future purchase);
4. this special does not apply to any other specials, reduced items, "deals / bargain bin" items, or any other discounted items;
5. If you receive your handbag and your wallet and decide to return your handbag, then you MUST return the wallet to make the return successful;  
6. If you receive your handbag and your wallet and don't like your FREE wallet, then give it to a friend or a family member who will appreciate it.  There are no returns or exchanges on any wallets for any reason.  
7. there is no cash value for the wallet - don't ask me to take $125 off your bag purchase and you'll forgo the wallet!
8. this offer does not apply to wholesalers;
9. this offer expires on February 28, 2010;
10. there are no substitutions to the wallets above, but again, ask me and I'll see what we can do if you want a man's wallet for your purchase.
