I have a pretty hard assed policy on returns. I had to adapt it because I was being faced with several, and I have to be HONEST here, SILLY issues. People were buying bags and then asking for a refund (once the bag had been delivered) because they did not have enough money to pay rent. I know what it's like to be broke / poor and so I'd do a return thinking I was doing some poor soul a favour only to get THE SAME PERSON BUYING A BAG THE FOLLOWING MONTH and pulling the same stunt!! Come on. I have said it before I am not Macy's. I am not Target and I sure ain't Wal-Mart. These bags are ordered FOR YOU. I don't keep a boat load of them here in my backyard. They come in for you once you place an order.
The other reason, the one that makes me cringe, that people were doing returns was, and I'm ready to take slack for this, the customer, VERY FEW OF THEM, would complain that the bag is not authentic enough. That they saw better bags elsewhere, blah, blah, blah.
While I totally respect picky people. I do. I am one myself on most things, I just find it hard to believe that companies like mine move thousands of bags. THOUSANDS. And we get the odd, show off - for lack of a better word, who the bag is not good enough for. It always reminds me of that girl in grade school, with pig tails and perfectly sharpened pencils - oh wait that was me! Like I said, I find the whole YOU educating me on the quality of a replica handbag funny.
First of all, I go to the factories that produce the bags. I see the bags being produced. I smell the wretched leather being processed (God that is a stink that I can do without). I talk to factory owners. I know what's coming and going. I know what to bring in and what not to bring in because let's face it, people, I'm in this to make some money. I'm not just here to babble and hear myself type.
While I learn something from each of you and I am far from being obnoxious, please don't buy a bag just to tell me what YOU think of LV Canvas and how that one time in a far away land, you saw better replicas. That's great! Why didn't you buy a couple? Right.
However, thousands of other buyers just as picky as YOU, just as knowledgeable as YOU and just as fancy dancy as YOU find it fine and love their bag.
Here's the rudest part of my post. People who don't think their shit stink usually have the nastiest shit. Have you guys noticed that?
I had one girl who wrote me all haughtily like that she COULD ONLY BUY REPLICAS THAT WERE 100% IDENTICAL copies. No deviations. No flaws. Really? When I'm pricing and locating replicas I totally try to get crappy ones that don't look anything like the original bag. Right. That makes sense. *rolls eyes*
I am going to share a secret with all of you. It's one I have shared before. NO REPLICA MAKER, NONE, MAKES A REPLICA THAT IS 100% like the original. I have said this time and time again. There are only a few factories producing these bags. So I don't want to hear that XYZ site sold you a better replica or that KJL site has crappy ones. Yes, there is a quality difference DONE ON PURPOSE to make very cheap replicas (also called A quality) or very good, high priced replicas (also called AAA+ quality). The factories do that on purpose.
Most women, MOST not ALL, don't care about the quality or what their friends will say (because their friends also don't care or don't know better or whatever the case may be) about the replica and MOST women, MOST not ALL, buy the cheaper replica handbags.
Most women I know don't want to spend $260.00usd on a handbag. They would not spend $260.00usd on a handbag ever, never mind one that may give them and their friends the impression that they are carrying a designer item.
The AAA+ bags (the better quality bags) are as good as you're going to get. There is nothing better. I know there are sites that boast 7 STAR and now even 8 STAR replications. What does that really mean? Seriously do you REALLY know what that means. That is just another way to say AAA+ quality. It all means the same thing: the best replica you can get. There is nothing better.
Please stop insisting there is. The only thing better, and I do mean a lot better, is the original. So instead of busting my hump, can you please save up and buy yourself an original?

Having said that, there will not be a 30% restocking fee for the VERY FEW OF you that don't know how to keep your mouth shut if you ABSOLUTELY must do a return. I always get the same excuse. "I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted the replica or the real bag - because I can totally afford the real bag (uh huh) - but I thought I'd try the replica first to see if I could get away with it." Right. That is what you wanted to do. It sounds so logical.
Honey, you wanted a replica. You got a PRETTY DARN good replica. but your picky ass can't accept that you're carrying a replica and now you wanna make my life a living hell with a return. Thanks. That will be 30% of restocking fee. I gotta deter these people from the site and MY HUSBAND said this is the only way.

Of course if your bag arrives damaged or is the wrong colour or is the wrong style, you don't pay any fee. That is my mess up. I will fix it. If you're bag takes 2 extra weeks to get to you or a month extra, I take care of you. I take care of everyone, including customers who accidentally throw out their brand new Hermes bags!!
I absolutely refuse to deal with people who just want to complain to hear themselves complain. There is a big difference between the everyday good, honest customer (like most of you) and the whiny, nit picking "I DEMAND THE BEST" but I'm too cheap or, more likely, too broke to buy an original bag and so I am going to, for shits and giggles, order a replica so that I can trounce all over it and make myself feel good.
